The Lone Tree Library is both a K-12 school media center and the local public library. Opened in August of 2002 as a part of the school's new addition, our library provides Lone Tree students, staff and the community a variety of services. We have a wide range of materials including books, periodicals, CDs, audio books, DVD's and videos; its collection currently holds over 27,000 volumes. Our library is completely automated and houses 10 PC computers for school and public use with access to the internet on a T3 line.
The library is open for school use Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. It opens to the public on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., and the first Saturday of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Please note that hours may vary during winter and summer breaks.
